1. How do I place an order?

You can browse our online shop and select items by category. Once you're ready, you can place your order directly on the website.

2. Do you offer nationwide delivery?

Yes, we deliver across South Africa using trusted courier services. Delivery fees will be calculated at checkout (or included based on product/package).

3. Are all products handmade?

Most of our items are handmade by skilled artisans. We highlight product details on each listing so you know exactly what you’re getting.

4. Can I return or exchange a product?

Exchanges may be allowed depending on the product and seller. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Note that return policies may vary based on the seller's package level.

5. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you tracking details via email or WhatsApp.

6. How can I sell my products on CRE8?

Visit our Seller Packages page and choose a plan that fits your needs. Once you sign up, we’ll help you get started with listing, photography (if applicable), and marketing support.

7. Do I need to be a registered business to sell?

No. Both individual artisans and registered businesses are welcome to sell through CRE8.

8. How do seller packages work?

We offer four flexible plans, from Pay-As-You-Go to Premium, each with different features like product rotation, delivery inclusion, marketing, and event access.

9 When do I get paid for my sales?

Payouts are made monthly, by the 10th of the following month after the sale.

10. Will CRE8 help market my products?

Yes all plans include social media promotion, and higher-tier plans include photography and 3rd-party marketplace listings.

11. Can I upgrade or downgrade my seller package?

Absolutely. You can change your package with 30 days' written notice.
