Terms & Conditions

Terms and conditions

  • All packages are billed monthly, and sellers can upgrade or downgrade with 30 days' notice.
  • Delivery costs are either included (as stated) or remain the seller's responsibility.
  • Photography services (where applicable) are subject to scheduling and item drop-off/pick-up arrangements.
  • Product exchanges are coordinated through the CRE8 platform and limited by the package level.

Fees & Payment Terms

  • Monthly package fees are billed in advance on the 1st of each month.
  • Payment must be made via EFT or other approved methods to the account provided by CRE8.
  • Per-product listing fees are due prior to listing.

Product & Delivery Terms

  • The Seller is responsible for ensuring all listed products are accurate, legal, and of merchantable quality.
  • For packages without included delivery, the Seller is fully responsible for coordinating and covering delivery.
  • For the Premium Plan, delivery is included for up to 10 items sold per month. Additional deliveries are charged to the Seller.

Product Photography & Marketing

  • Where included, CRE8 will provide professional photography services for a limited number of items per month (per package terms).
  • CRE8 retains the rights to use all product images and content for promotional purposes across its platforms and marketing materials.

Exchanges Between Sellers

  • Product exchanges (where applicable) are facilitated via CRE8 and subject to mutual agreement between parties. CRE8 is not liable for disputes arising from product exchanges.

Termination & Upgrades

  • This agreement is on a month-to-month basis and can be terminated by either party with 30 days' written notice.
  • The Seller may upgrade or downgrade their package at the end of any monthly billing cycle with written notice.
  • CRE8 reserves the right to terminate the agreement in case of breach of terms, fraud, or reputational harm.

Liability

CRE8 is not liable for:

  • Losses resulting from product defects, shipping failures, or customer disputes.
  • Any customs duties, international taxes, or cross-border logistics costs (unless otherwise stated).
  • The Seller indemnifies CRE8 against any legal claims, damages, or losses caused by their product listings or conduct.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Gauteng.
